Cleanout F&P: Logo & One-Pager with 100/100 SEO & 96 PageSpeed
Last week a project went live that we love internally, because it perfectly combines two things: a clear, likeable brand for a young founding team, and a website that runs so technically clean you could almost use it as a cleaning reference.
For Cleanout F&P (Fabrice & Peter) we built a complete one-pager — for household clearances, decluttering, cleaning & proper disposal in the Münster, Osnabrück, Bielefeld & Gütersloh area — based in Dissen. Goal: build trust, make services quickly graspable, and significantly simplify inquiries via phone/contact.
Starting point: when things need to happen fast, the website can’t be a bottleneck
Decluttering & household clearance are rarely ‘nice-to-have’ topics. Usually there’s time pressure, emotion, and many open questions. That’s exactly why a one-pager must:
- create clarity immediately (what gets done? where? how fast?)
- appear trustworthy (clean look, real contact persons)
- work without friction (mobile, fast, low-barrier)
- convince Google & AI answer systems like ChatGPT (on-page quality, structure, performance)
Our approach: design + copy + technical excellence as one system, not separate parts.
What did we implement?
Logo & brand identity
A new, distinctive visual identity that immediately signals ‘clearing/household/service’ without looking cheap. The logo is cleverly solved because it visualizes both a house and a moving box in one. Plus a small, consistent color setup that runs through cleanly:
- Orange: #e25405 for calls-to-action, accents, icons
- Dark blue: #113a4b for contrast, trustworthiness, structure
Custom icons precisely matched to a corporate style
For the core services, we developed custom icons so the website doesn’t look like an off-the-shelf template. Result: consistent visual language that works across the one-pager, in social media, and in print.
Map design: service area at a glance
The service area is not ‘somewhere in Germany’, but very concretely covers — thanks to our cartography — the area around Dissen, between Osnabrück, Münster, Bielefeld, and Gütersloh. We therefore designed a custom map in the brand’s style — reduced, clear, easily readable on mobile.
Web design: UI/UX of the one-pager
One-pager means: every section has to land perfectly. We structured the page so users understand within seconds:
- Service (household clearance, decluttering, cleaning, disposal)
- For whom (private individuals, landlords/property managers, families/care, businesses)
- Why Cleanout F&P (processes, thoroughness, flexibility, reliability)
- How to contact (phone prominently + simple contact options)
The copy is deliberately direct, reassuring, and structured — without marketing fluff. Especially in sensitive situations, tone matters: respectful, transparent, ‘we’ll get it done’.
Our favorite section: the FAQ
Design is half the battle — on-page quality is the other half. We wanted the one-pager to not just look good, but deliver genuinely strong scores in the standard checks.
PageSpeed & Lighthouse: fast, stable, clean
In Google PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse, we land in a range that makes a real difference in practice: fast First Paints, stable layouts, minimal blocking.
Scores from the screens: Performance: 95 on mobile PageSpeed
In Lighthouse the site even reaches 96/100 for the mobile view. A note for you: only mobile really counts. If an agency shows you the PageSpeed score for desktop, treat it as a red flag. Desktop scores are basically always above 90 and therefore green. The real know-how lies in ensuring green scores for mobile views too.
Accessibility: compliance with BFSG/WCAG
AccessScan rates the website as ‘Accessible’. Accessibility is not a nice-to-have extra — it’s part of professional execution. And it pays off in reach, trust, and regulatory compliance.
Seobility: on-page quality at 100%
And since we like numbers: in Seobility the one-pager scores 100% optimization — including:
- Technology & meta: 100%
- Structure: 100%
- Content: 100%
- Response time: 0.07 s
A 100% optimization score is truly the absolute exception. The use of tools like Seobility makes sense not only for search engine optimization, but also as a quality assurance tool in website projects.
For local service providers especially, trust is a ranking and conversion factor. That’s why HTTPS setup, a clean technical foundation & security checks are always part of our work — so the site is not just fast, but also looks professional. We also didn’t just embed the personal video greeting from Fabrice & Peter, but also produced, edited, and cleanly integrated it so it loads fast and immediately builds trust. For the highest possible user experience, the website is also cookie-free.

Conclusion: ‘one-pager’ can be simple — or really good
Cleanout F&P is a great example of what happens when you don’t think of brand, UX, copy, and technology separately. Result: a presence that builds trust, loads fast, is accessible to use, and in the tools doesn’t just look ‘okay’ — but noticeably good.
If you also want a one-pager that doesn’t smell like a template and doesn’t go into excuse mode on PageSpeed/OnPage: you know where to find us.
