To visitors, the network looked like several unrelated providers. The technical journey was fragmented as well. Contact opened in an overlay, important content sat in the footer, and some links led nowhere. For stellenpakete.net, the brief was unusually precise. The platform needed to work independently within a shared [WordPress multisite](https://4eck-media.de/en/competencies/wordpress-multisite-manage-multiple-websites-through-a-single-system/). That meant a proper contact page, its own legal notice and a separate privacy section. The candidate area has its own installation. stellenpakete.net is aimed at companies looking to place job adverts. This separation shaped navigation, content and links more strongly than any individual design decision. We modernised the existing site and retained its recognisable colours. The video hero from the corporate website was deliberately left out. stellenpakete.net opens with a static section that leads directly to sectors and packages. Visitors come here to fill a vacancy, so the first screen gets them started immediately. The client had already set the order of the page sections. We translated that sequence into the shared design system. Whenever it required a new component variant, we added it to the central library. The other websites can now reuse it. The journey therefore starts with the profession. Nine entry points lead to dedicated pages for General, Healthcare, IT and Tech, Engineering, Sales, Logistics, Marketing and Digital, Finance, and Trades. Starter, Professional and Premium appear in the same position on every page. Visitors can compare duration, price, included portals and additional services directly. We chose an enquiry process over an automated checkout. HRM CONSULTING reviews each combination personally before a booking is confirmed. The selection therefore ends with informed advice rather than an anonymous order. Sector, package and duration are transferred into the enquiry. Specialist portals, leading publications and niche options sit side by side. A company can see the reach of each option and compare 30-day and 60-day placements at a glance. Healthcare follows a different logic. Location, qualification and working model carry more weight. Regional portals may deliver better results than another high-reach channel. The page explains how the media mix is assembled and which details the advisory team needs for its review. Both areas use the same components, while their content remains specific to the profession. We reorganised cards, duration controls and forms for smartphones instead of shrinking the desktop layout. The order of selection and enquiry stays the same. Tables switch to easier-to-read cards where necessary. We then carried out the [PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals optimisation](https://4eck-media.de/en/competencies/pagespeed-optimization-making-websites-measurably-faster/). Image sizes, fonts, CSS and JavaScript were reduced. The mobile Lighthouse test records 99 points for performance. First Contentful Paint is 1.5 seconds, Largest Contentful Paint is 1.8 seconds and the measured Layout Shift is 0.01. The figures show that the page loads quickly. Contact modules, FAQs, breadcrumbs and forms follow the same library. This avoids duplicate development and keeps familiar functions consistent throughout the network. stellenpakete.net adds its own package cards, duration options and sector modules. We named every new variant and included it in the central component library. A future installation can reuse it whenever a similar case arises. The icon system keeps the extensive overviews calm. A symbol identifies the sector or service, and the text supplies the detail. On smartphones, spacing and order change according to fixed steps from 4 to 64 pixels. Headings need the correct hierarchy, forms need clear labels and every control needs a visible focus state. Contrast and alternative text are part of the same review. Automated tests follow. AccessibilityChecker reports 90 points and no critical issues. PageSpeed awards 100 points for accessibility. These scores document the test results.
