Mecklenburg nursing service sharpens employer appeal

I am very proud of our modern website, which accurately reflects our positioning as one of the leading care services in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The cooperation with 4eck Media was again extremely uncomplicated. As a busy customer, I can hand over my marketing projects and pursue my core business with peace of mind. I am extremely grateful for the extraordinarily good cooperation - for 5 years now.

It is a pleasure when we are allowed to grow together with customers. If, even after five years of cooperation and support, praise still rings out for each other, there is simply a foundation for a stable and successful business relationship. We enjoy this kind of cooperation, for example, with our customer MeckCura Pflegedienst GmbH, which has locations in Wismar, Güstrow and Rostock. In 2016, we were allowed to realize the rebranding for the company after a change of shareholders and to develop both the new name and the slogan as well as to design the entire corporate identity and roll it out in the various digital and print media. After five years of entrepreneurial growth, it was time to adapt the communication to the company and its needs. It was time for a bigger rollout.

A care service like MeckCura, with several large locations in Wismar, Rostock and Güstrow, has one permanent challenge above all: finding and retaining good employees. To measure the motivation and job satisfaction of employees, a digital survey was designed using "Google Forms" with 56 questions, the results of which made it possible to derive measures for the design of the new communication strategy. The nature of the employee survey via Google Forms made it easy for respondents to answer anonymously and directly via their own smartphones. The analysis of the survey formed the basis for later workshops on defining values and mission, which were conducted with the help of a consultant specializing in nursing.

The basis for the new communication was established. Our task was now to redesign the visual and textual communication in terms of positioning and addressing target groups and to roll it out for the digital and print media as well as for the social media profiles.

The previous corporate design was also put to the test. It was decided to retain the core of the logo, but to make a slight adjustment. The protagonists were to accompany each other in the same direction, so the slogan also continues to be: "More life together". The recognition to the original logo remains, the statement has become more positive.

With special dedication, we devoted ourselves to illustrating individual icons for the services, for the wound center and for the career-specific reasons.

We also illustrated custom maps with the locations in alternative to a Google Maps.

Animated and video-based elements were to play a greater role. With André König from Güstrow we had a good videographer on our side, who realized the image film and the recruiting film as well as taking photos of the teams and locations. The visual impression is rounded off by small micro animations on the website.

A special focus of the target group approach on the website is to convey the company's values and employer attractiveness. The desired behavior to the website visitor is: Apply. And via animated job ads, which run as ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, potential employees are picked up and led to the website.

Another focus was the development of the value-based texts for the website and for more than 25 social media posts that are played out throughout the year. In the main menu, there is a small number at Jobs, which is a kind of "notification", as we also know from social profiles, that there are currently three vacancies available. On the subpages, interested parties will find insights into the team, the values and mission, the work content and also the good reasons to work at MeckCura. With online application forms for direct and quick application, it is made especially easy for interested parties to send the application to the person in charge at MeckCura.

As a result, the ad-based, animated job ads reached over 306,000 people in just a few weeks on Facebook alone, who interacted with the ad over 21,000 times. MeckCura, a company based in Mecklenburg, thus sharpened its attractiveness as an employer and was quickly able to fill the first vacancies with a large number of new applicants.

In conclusion, MeckCura sharpens employer appeal and has succeeded in positioning itself as a company via the newly designed website, the textual approach on the website and in the social media posts, as well as via the photo shoots and the video-based content as an identifiable and value-based employer where people want to work - and be cared for in care. Through social media and the online application forms on the website, it is made easy for interested parties to apply directly and informally.
