## Full service for a care service company.

                        

For the care company MeckCura Pflegedienst GmbH with locations in Rostock, Wismar, and Güstrow, it has been full service since 2016 – starting from brand development (name, corporate identity) to digital media such as website and social channels (social posts, ad campaigns & social recruiting) and print design, where we were allowed to develop all media from business cards to bus layouts. In 2021, the first facelift took place, during which the logo was further developed and a completely new website was designed.

                    
                
            
        
    

    
        
            
                                    

### Employee survey as a management tool

To measure the motivation and job satisfaction of employees, a digital survey with 56 questions was designed using “Google Forms”, and its results yielded concrete measures for developing the new communication strategy. Conducting the *employee survey via Google Forms* made it easy for respondents to answer anonymously and directly on their own smartphones. The evaluation of the survey formed the basis for later workshops defining values and mission. With the relaunch, the company uses the newly designed, fresh website, social media posts and video-based content to position itself as a*values-driven employer people can identify with*, and one they genuinely want to work for.

### Employer attractiveness and recruitment

A care service such as MeckCura, with several large locations in Wismar, Rostock and Güstrow, faces one challenge above all: finding and retaining good employees. Social media and the online application forms on the website make it easy for interested candidates to apply directly and informally. And with success: within just a few weeks, the ad-based, animated job adverts – each featuring a punchy slogan as its hook – reached on Facebook alone  **more than 306,000 people**, who **interacted with the ad more than 21,000 times**. The first vacancies were filled within a short time thanks to a large number of new applicants.
