## The Brief

                        

For Müritzkaufhaus in Röbel and Schaukelpferd in Waren, we built a one-pager that makes the atmosphere of both toy stores experienceable digitally. Custom illustrations of both stores based on their real architecture, lovingly designed icons, and 360-degree virtual tours define the appearance. ### Illustrations, 360-degree tours and custom maps instead of Google Maps

Every section of the one-pager features child-friendly illustrations that appeal not only to younger visitors. The illustrations of both buildings were created individually as faithful depictions of the actual architecture. As a special highlight, 360-degree tours of both shops have been integrated, allowing visitors to explore the atmosphere and the product range virtually in advance. Instead of Google Maps, the location maps were individually illustrated in the look & feel of the corporate design, which avoids additional load times and cookie requirements. A progress bar and navigation guide visitors through the content in a structured way. A newsletter sign-up keeps customers informed about news and promotions from the shops.

### PageSpeed 97, AVIF format, schema markup and cookie-free implementation

Despite being a graphics- and image-heavy one-pager more than 19,000 pixels tall on a 4K monitor, the website achieves a PageSpeed score of 97 on mobile. This is made possible by the modern AVIF image format with WebP as a fallback and by using SVGs exclusively for all icons. Schema markup improves visibility in search results and structures relevant information for search engines. The SEO check with Seobility came to 84 per cent, with the score mainly influenced by external factors such as missing backlinks. The website does without cookies entirely, so no cookie banner greets visitors when they first open the page.
