The Brief

A-Z Gebäudereinigung Seenplatte started as a brand-new business without a website and without digital visibility. For the company with its two founders and a growing team, we delivered a focused combination of design, target-audience messaging, local SEO, and technical performance. The result: a lean WordPress-based one-pager that immediately builds trust, gets found regionally, and runs on a high technical level.

The site is built as a one-pager: all content is directly accessible, optimized for mobile devices, and free of unnecessary subpage navigation. Despite the one-pager structure, the site is connected to WordPress, so content can be maintained in-house and the site can be expanded at any time. The custom logo and purpose-designed icons give the appearance a clear, recognizable look that fits the target audience of institutions, public administrations, and businesses. An illustrated service-area map visually shows the region where the services are offered and strengthens local context signals for search engines. A video greeting from the owners adds a personal touch and builds additional trust with prospective clients. The site runs without a cookie banner because no consent-requiring tools are embedded.

Local SEO, PageSpeed 96, and accessibility per WCAG 2.2

To complement the website, we set up the Google Business Profile to ensure immediate visibility in the region and presence on Google Maps. The site reaches a mobile PageSpeed score of 96 and a response time of 0.09 seconds. In the Seobility on-page check, it scored 89 percent: structure, technical implementation, meta data, and content are cleanly built; the missing points come from the lack of backlinks on the newly launched domain. Accessibility per WCAG 2.2 is met at 95 percent in the accessibility audit. For us, accessibility is not an add-on but part of every implementation.
