The new brand name ELBMED Prignitz was successfully registered as a trademark in 2022, accompanied by a minimalist logo and a corporate design in green, light blue, and dark blue. The website was fully restructured: 200 subpages became 100 clearly grouped pages on a WordPress MultiSite system. In the first quarter of 2025, five additional websites of the ELBMED group will be integrated into the system. ### From 200 to 100 pages: structured, well thought out and user-centred The hospital’s previous website was analysed, broken down into its components and completely redesigned. The structure was planned in a Google Sheet, which was then visualised in MIRO and organised into content clusters. This resulted in 57 clickable wireframes, which formed the basis for a final UX prototype with 71 artboards. In close rounds of consultation with the various departments, chief physicians and nursing management, the concept was refined step by step. The new website offers improved navigation with various menus, a body compass and a digital patient guidance system that reflects the hospital’s colour coding on the website. This is complemented by modern appointment management and a comprehensive careers section with an application form. ### MultiSite system, PageSpeed and trade fair equipment: all from a single source The website was designed as a WordPress MultiSite system through which all websites of the ELBMED group will in future be managed via a shared backend: the school for health professions, the senior citizens’ centres in Wittenberge and Perleberg, the obesity centre and the Wittenberge health centre. Particular attention was paid to high on-page quality and optimal PageSpeed. Alongside the website relaunch, we designed high-quality trade fair equipment for the ELBMED school for health professions: a trade fair cube, two roll-ups and a large exhibition wall.
