On the one hand, the aim was to present the company’s services and encourage potential customers to make initial contact. On the other hand, all this was to be done in a high-quality, aesthetic look, with sufficient space to present the real estate portfolio. ### Real estate enthusiasm in every pixel The one-pager conveys all the important information about the company section by section as you scroll, builds trust and shows the expertise and services. The photos of the properties blend seamlessly into the bright, friendly, almost light-flooded design. The individual areas of the site can be accessed at any time via the menu. There is also a telephone icon so that the call-to-action is always in view. ### From the exposé to the map The corporate design and user guidance are just right. The one-pager also impresses with a lovingly illustrated, vector-based map that picks up on the company’s design and shows the customer’s sphere of influence. Four PDF documents for download provide content-related impulses. Thomas Wälti also received an 18-page sales exposé, which he can edit himself for his projects.
