For HRM Consulting GmbH we completely rebuilt personalberatung.de: a custom, high-performance WordPress theme in the company’s corporate design, with a video loop right in the first viewport of the homepage. With more than 20 years of market experience and the Top HR Service Provider 2024 award, HRM Consulting is one of the leading providers in IT, marketing, sales, and finance. The new website was meant to make that expertise visible – technically, in content, and in search.

Despite a video loop in the first viewport, personalberatung.de reaches a mobile PageSpeed score of 95 in Lighthouse across all four categories: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Using Seobility, the entire website was optimized technically, structurally, and in terms of content. The result is a score of 100 percent – something we very rarely achieve in our projects.
