The project: Exclusive living and living - architecturally adapted to the harbor setting, an apartment complex is being built directly in the heart of the Waren harbor, only 20 meters from the Müritz, which is unparalleled. In this extraordinary location with a maritime ambience, a spacious apartment complex is being created, combining 26 condominiums and 28 vacation apartments, all with a dreamlike view of the Binnenmüritz.
The assignment: The sales department relies on numerous media to specifically communicate a project. Especially when there is actually not yet much to see with the eye. We took over the support for this and created visually appealing information material in web and print format. Customers, interested parties and buyers were thus able to get an impression of the impressive project.
Order executed: Within a few months, all apartments in the property of the “Hafenresidenz” were sold, a tenant for the restaurant was found and all commercial facilities were also assigned. Theprevious real estate website was now rebuilt with a new focus on renting apartments for vacations at the Müritz. From the exterior design, the service office was still visually appealing with flags and wall banners, real estate exposés and stylish bowl box.
With different materials, grammages and finishes, we further enhanced the already fantastic graphic design. The exposé was then handed over at the groundbreaking ceremony, on the day of the topping-out ceremony a large construction sign welcomed the invited guests and in the meantime drone photos were taken for aerial shots documenting the construction progress for the construction blog on the associated website.
The cooperation with the agency 4eck Media was very professional from the very beginning. All agreements made were implemented 100 percent and the advice regarding the implementation of the customer's wishes was also very satisfactory. We are already looking forward to implementing the next projects together.
