Centralized Management for Tourism Properties
We designed and developed the digital infrastructure for K&K Ferienimmobilien GmbH & Co. KG. The key feature: A comprehensive network of vacation rental sites with individual domains, unique content, and distinct style guidelines—all managed through one central installation. Each property can still be assigned its own admin, ensuring that designated personnel only access the backend of their specific location.
When viewing our client’s four projects, the frontend modules appear similar. However, thanks to extremely flexible customization options for each location, distinctly different individual designs emerge. Colors, logos, and design elements can be modified, with modules arranged individually as needed.
Connection to Destination Solutions Booking Platform
A major challenge was integrating the Destination Solutions booking platform via API. For this purpose, a technically refined solution had to be developed individually, as the DS API was relatively new and no ready-made plugins for WordPress were available. With our development, data for the holiday apartments (such as images, texts, prices, and availabilities) is retrieved live from the DS server. When guests make bookings through the platform, data is passed back to DS and synchronized with other connected booking channels.
