His passion is houses with charm. And Fred Muhsal turned this passion into a profession many years ago. Since then, he has been exclusively involved in the renovation and development of real estate and has made a name for himself in the industry as a building developer from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Many of the properties he has literally awakened from their slumber in recent years were listed and badly dilapidated buildings, which the real estate expert transformed into gems with a great deal of flair.
Our client Muhsal Immobilien has been accompanied and supported by us as an agency since 2015. We support the real estate developer with the design of print designs, the conception of exhibition equipment as well as the creation of professional and detailed 3D architectural visualizations. In 2016 we developed a completely new corporate identity and in the context of this also the creation and elaboration of print media and a very pretty responsive website, which makes the client's work more tangible.
The advantage of using three-dimensional visualizations at a very early stage of planning, apart from the early start into the marketing phase, is that real estate developers get a photo-realistic impression of the plans. This makes it possible to check the plans against one's exact ideas. In the past, this led to the fact that in one of the projects, thanks to the visualizations, a property was planned significantly differently after visualization of the plans in 3D photorealism.
We designed and developed websites for various real estate and construction projects in order to acquire the contact data of interested parties at a very early stage and to digitally illustrate the attractiveness of the projects in the further course. In addition, we lay out real estate exposés, flyers, trade fair equipment, video slideshows and much more to support the marketing and sales activities of Muhsal Immobilien for the various construction projects.
For us it was a happy coincidence to have come across 4eck Media. Here in Waren (Müritz) we did not expect an agency with such a gait, which moves sure-footedly in the 2D as well as 3D and web area.
