The Neuwoba housing cooperative is once again focusing on modern residential construction in Neubrandenburg. Three new residential buildings are being built on the site of a former GDR secondary school in Stavener Straße. One of the buildings is being realized by Neuwoba and will create urgently needed living space for cooperative members. The Minister of Construction presented the project with millions in funding to support the construction.
As the 4eck Media agency, we were able to support Neuwoba with high-quality 3D renderings, floor plans and floor plans in 2D and 3D. For this project, we created a total of three exterior renderings and 24 detailed visualizations of the floors and floor plans in 2D and 3D, which present the construction project vividly and realistically.
The client wanted the background and the two other buildings to be visualized but not realistically represented. So the background was blurred and the two other buildings, which are being built by another company, were desaturated.
3D renderings for architecture and construction projects
Our exterior visualizations show the planned buildings in their future environment. The realistic depiction makes not only the architecture but also the surroundings with green spaces, parking lots and balconies tangible for interested parties.
Floor plans and floor plans for clear communication
In addition to the exterior views, we have also visualized the apartment floor plans and floor plans. These help potential tenants to understand the exact room layout even before the building is completed.
This gives prospective tenants an early idea of which apartment suits their needs. For Neuwoba, this is an important tool in marketing and communicating with future tenants.
