At the Wustrow location, the building of the former maritime school was revitalized and expanded. With ZWEI WASSER an attractive vacation apartment complex including three new buildings, 124 vacation apartments, a small store as well as a modern wellness and fitness area were created there. The top location with direct waterfront between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden provides a relaxed atmosphere in a very popular tourist region.
Our assignment: With fresh design ideas and innovative methods, we have accompanied this major project from the very beginning. Our assignment ranged from the creation of professional print media, such as cross folders, brochures and classic advertising materials, to the broad-based newsletter and social media marketing, to the conception and development of modern web presences that convince with interactive occupancy plans, floor plans and image material.
The countdown on the prelaunch site of www.zwei-wasser.de made the excitement grow some time before the launch, while interested parties could sign up for the newsletter distribution list. Later, an impressive website with cloud-based price list and occupancy schedule followed. This smart solution allowed daily updated figures to be viewed at any time. The website modules also allow users to view the floor plan of each building and access individual floor plans of their desired property.
Texts, images and, of course, videos - these are the forms in which we consume information today. Having already successfully implemented the former, we provided the right movement in the latter: an atmospheric video trailer that shows in just a few seconds what makes ZWEI WASSER so special. In addition to the unique location on a headland between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, the idyllic landscape and also the impressive redevelopment project itself, the two equipment variants come into their own very well.
