New website & appealing 3D visualizations

Warensberg builds on modern real estate marketing

The task was to redesign the website for the supporting marketing of the project Warensberg - 136 building plots in Waren an der Müritz for the investor: PTC Handels- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH represented by Mr. Nobert Griese.

Our solution

To improve the visual impression of the construction area, appealing 3D visualizations of the construction area were created, which makes it easy for interested parties to recognize the potential. A mobile-optimized website with a high-quality look and feel and informative texts encourages people to get in touch.

All apartments sold

Order executed: Within a few months, all apartments in the property were sold, a tenant for the restaurant was found and all commercial facilities were also assigned. The previous real estate website was now rebuilt with a new focus on renting apartments for vacations at the Müritz. From the exterior design, the service office was still visually appealing with flags and wall banners, real estate exposés and stylish bowl box.

Marketing with a refined impression

With different materials, grammages and finishes, we further enhanced the already fantastic graphic design. The exposé was then handed over at the groundbreaking ceremony, a large construction sign welcomed the invited guests on the day of the topping-out ceremony, and in the meantime drone photos were taken for aerial shots documenting the construction progress for the construction blog on the associated website.
