Employee survey as a management tool
In order to measure the motivation and job satisfaction of employees, a digital survey was designed using "Google Forms" with 56 questions, the results of which made it possible to derive measures for the design of the new communication strategy. Thenature of the employee survey via Google Forms made it easy for respondents to answer anonymously and directly via their own smartphones. The evaluation of the survey was the basis for later workshops on defining values and mission. With the relaunch, the company positions itself as an identifiable and value-based employer where people want to work via the newly designed, fresh website, social media posts and video-based content.
Employer attractiveness and recruiting
A care service like MeckCura with several large locations in Wismar, Rostock and Güstrow has one main challenge: finding and keeping good employees. Social media and the online application forms on the website make it easy for interested parties to apply directly and informally. With success: after just a few weeks, the ad-based ,animated job ads - which always included a snappy saying to address the applicant - reached over 306,000 people on Facebook alone , who interacted with the ad over 21,000 times. The first vacancies were filled after a short time by a large number of new applicants.
